Delivery Information
At ZinniKidz.ie, we strive to make the delivery process as painless as possible for our valued customers and aim to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as we can.

We constantly review our delivery options to ensure we have the most cost-effective and reliable sources for our customers and we pledge to pass on any savings to you.
- All orders placed before 12.00 noon Monday-Friday will be despatched same day*
- All other orders will be despatched on the next working day
- Your Track and Trace (T&T) number will be provided to you via email shortly after despatch of your Order
- As signature will be required for most delivery options, we advise that you use a delivery address where someone will be able to receive your goods. Please also provide us with a daytime telephone number for Courier deliveries
- If at any stage you do not receive your goods within 7 days of ordering please email hello@zinnikidz.ie and we will look into it (except Rest of World deliveries)
- Please note that Customs & Excise Duties may apply to countries outside of the EU. Payments of Customs & Excise duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser.
- We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. ZinniKidz shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We process all your online payments via PayPal which is the largest and most secure method of taking online payments throughout the world.
